These oil flavours may be used in chocolate and they will not ruin the chocolate because they are oil based. A few drops will flavour your icing or chocolate so be careful not to use it like extracts. One bottle will last a long time. Be sure to check out all 49 flavours. You will never go back to regular extracts after tasting these.

Note: the maple flavour is water soluble but works in chocolate making.

Unlike conventional gel-colours, oil based pigments are packed to the brim with butter-loving pigment and are ready to seamlessly mix, mingle and be topped with sprinkles. Free from fillers and gums, fade resistant formula is here to brighten up your baking and give your occasions the colour they deserve.

Before getting started, use the bottle lid to pop a hole in the seal and give the bottle a good shake. Pigments pack a punch so take it slow when colouring, starting with just a few drops and mixing as you go. Tip: If you have time and for the best results, let your mixture sit overnight.
