DIY Wedding Caramels


You will need:
- white chocolate molding wafers
- peanut butter cup chocolate mold
- sprinkles to match your wedding colours
- Peter's premade caramel

1) Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or using a chocolate melter. (Be very careful in the microwave 30 seconds then 10 second increments until it is melted.)

2) Then melt the caramel in the microwave. (1/2 cup caramel for 30 seconds or until you can spoon it into the moods.)

3) Spoon white chocolate into the mold and push it up the sides of the mold to form a shell. Immediately spoon caramel into the shell.

4) Spoon white chocolate on top, tap on the counter, then sprinkle your sprinkles.
