This chocolate is ready for candy making. Melt, spoon into a chocolate mold, then refrigerate or put in the freezer until hardened. They will then pop out when the chocolate mold is tipped upside down. This chocolate has a smooth mouth feel, does not contain wax, and tastes great. It works great for Hot Chocolate Bombes.
HOW TO MAKE DIPPED PRETZELS - This chocolate is great for making dipped pretzels. Melt chocolate in a mug in the microwave for less than a minute then microwave for 10 second increments until it is melted. This way you will know how long it takes in your microwave without burning it. Dip the pretzel, let it drip, roll it in sprinkles or skor bar bits then place it on a cookie sheet covered in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
