Mother's Day Idea

Use premade pastry shell (from the freezer department of your grocery store) to make pretty flower tarts. Let the pastry defrost for 15 minutes. Then let the kids cut petal shapes. Plunge them into a muffin tin and then bake for 15 minutes at 350F. Let cool and fill with your favourite lemon filling then sprinkle yellow jimmes or gold nonpareils on top.
